We remember Thomas for his bravery and kind hearted spirit. He was wise beyond his years. Thomas was a donor recipient and a donor himself after death. He suffered from a heart condition called Restrictive Cardiomyopathy which was diagnosed at the age of 10 years old. Thomas passed away at 11.
