My mother left us very suddenly and much, much too soon. She was always the kind of person that cared more for others than herself. When they asked us if we wanted to donate her organs, the answer could only be yes. Because Mom was always one to help others in need. To know she has saved the lives others has been a great comfort. At the age of 50 she earned her college degree, and a few years later went on to get her Master's. Mom would say that you are never too old to learn, and that you can accomplish anything if you set your mind to it. She was and is my hero. I miss her each and every day.
