Maggie was 16 when she left us. She was an amazing young lady who never spoke a word, dealt with seizures and multiple other medical issues, and smile with her beautiful blue eyes. Maggie loved with her whole body. She loved unconditionally. While in the hospital sitting by her side saying our last goodbyes, it seemed that we could continue her unconditional love by making her a tissue, eye, and organ donor through Lifeline of Ohio (Columbus, Ohio). Because of her donation, she gave the gift of sight to 2 men in New Zealand, allowed people the ability to walk again because of her tissue donation, continues to be a part of research. Maggie has always been our hero but because of her gift, she is also many other's hero.
